Initial Evaluation
The initial evaluation includes an at-home comprehensive evaluation and abbreviated treatment session to commence your journey. Dee will work with you to develop a holistic plan of care, with treatment tailored to meet your body’s needs.
Time: 60-90 minutes
Follow-up Visit *
Follow-up sessions may include any of the following treatments: pelvic floor physical therapy, prenatal/postpartum massage, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, spinal mobilizations, trigger point release, bowel/visceral massage, stretching, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, and counseling for behavioral and lifestyle changes.
Time: 45-60 minutes
